As parents, we know how vital sleep is for your child's growth, development, and overall well-being. Yet, achieving consistent and restful sleep can often feel like an elusive goal. This book will equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to help your child develop healthy sleep habits that will benefit them for years to come.
I wrote this book as if I were talking to a new client, who hired me for sleep consulting. I cover babies and toddlers in this book, but the information is applicable to older children also. In this book, I go over everything I'd cover with a new family I'm working with, so think of it like a DIY sleep training guide!
What to Expect
We'll cover everything from understanding your child's sleep needs to implementing gentle sleep training techniques. We'll explore how to create a sleep-friendly environment, establish consistent sleep routines, and manage sleep transitions and regressions. You will be empowered to:
